1. Pests

Humans aren’t the only living things who call Texas home, and unfortunately a lot of these critters would love to make your home their home as well.   Texas is host to a wide variety of invasive pests, and one of the most common entry points is through your roof.  Paint, caulking, and shingles are pretty effective at keeping unwanted visitors out of your house, but since so much of your roof remains hidden from the ground level, damage can be hard to spot.   Damaged or missing shingles can allow pests into your roof where they can cause serious damage.
